Note: You will have the option of paying the tuition over the course of either ten or eleven months (August – May, or August – June). You must select your method of payment at the time of registration. There will be a Late Fee of $30 charged for tuition payments made after the 18th of the month, as well as for any checks that are returned to us and marked as “Insufficient Funds”.
If you are applying for the Contributing Parish Member Tuition Rate you must have documentation supporting that claim. You must be able to prove that you contributed at least $520 to this parish or your local R.C. parish for the past year. If you are from a parish other then Holy Name you must provide us with the following: a letter from your home parish, on parish stationary and signed by the pastor or parochial vicar. The letter must state that you are a contributing member of the parish. The letter is only valid for one year, and in each subsequent year you must file another letter.
Parishioners from Holy Name must contribute at least $10.00 per week in church envelopes over the course of a year in order to qualify for the lower tuition rate.

Note: ** these fees can be paid in one of two ways: they can be paid outright by Nov. 1, 2007, or they can be added to your monthly tuition bill. You can decide which method is best for you at the time of registration. Any student coming to our school from one the Catholic Schools that was closed will pay a Re-registration Fee as opposed to a new registration fee. They will be subject to all other fees etc.
